Elimatta Road

The project undertaken by Redbrick Homes at Elimatta Road was a great example of Right Sizing.

The property location was perfect – a quiet street with views of the ocean and Pittwater from the spacious balcony and just a short walk to the beach, the shops and varied restaurants. There was also plenty of space for a busy family……. but the internal layout was such that it didn’t really offer the privacy and practicality needed.

Now all the bedrooms had their own en-suites and the property was “Right Sized”  for a family with teenage children meaning a move was no longer required.
